UpscaleCorp was founded by Rodel on a simple observation: small-business owners are sold to constantly, and helped rarely. Agencies pitch decks; owners need results.
So we flipped the model. We build working proof first — live, finished, judgeable — and let the work make the argument. And because we grew up around social enterprise, we bring the same firepower to purpose-driven organisations as to any commercial client.

Rodel has spent 18+ years building technology that earns its keep — starting on international development and government projects, then a decade in Singapore across enterprise systems, logistics, retail, hospitality and F&B, including running IT for a headquarters and eighteen restaurant outlets at once.
Today he works directly with owners and teams — combining web, automation and AI into practical tools that improve how businesses actually operate. He's also co-founder of a natural food brand, so he knows the owner's side of the counter too.
His rule, unchanged in two decades: "Technology should simplify complexity, not create it."
